"Yesterday we received the check for a 30+ year life insurance policy that was cancelled by me. I began that "process" on March 8th but didn't get the check until March 31st.

I was very surprised when the paper check arrived! I was told it would be directly deposited into my bank account. If I had known I would receive a check in the mail, I would have refused all the other requests for any bank documents (there were several); if that didn't work, I would have arrived unannounced at your agency and insisted on speaking with Ms.Sebera directly.

I certainly hope I don't have to worry myself about what my poor wife might go through if something should happen to me someday and she needs to cash in that remaining term policy.
